Six felony counts and five misdemeanors, relating to the action of a terrorist organization, the Prosecutor’s Office charges against the 10 arrested for the “Revenge Conspiracy” organization.

Against the 10 defendants, four of whom are prison inmates, a criminal prosecution was brought, which, as the case may be, concerns the felony offenses of:

  • Management, integration and formation of a criminal organization
  • Terrorist act of attempted murder
  • Terrorist act of explosion in succession committed and attempted
  • Terrorist act of manufacturing, possessing and supplying explosives
  • Terrorist act of distinguished weapon possession and
  • Terrorist act of aggravated assault.

Also the prosecution concerns and the misdemeanors of supporting a terrorist organization, incitement to commit a terrorist act, unlawful violence against judicial officers, unlawful possession of a shotgun and unlawful possession of narcotics for personal use.

The defendants were referred to an investigator from whom they were asked and given a deadline to apologize on Sunday, March 3.
