The goal is all these empty apartments which are hundreds of thousands. To give an incentive to owners and owners to be able to open some of them, which are declared vacant for the last 3 years in E2. The ultimate goal is to be able to expand the housing stock constantly young people, new families etc are looking for housing and rents are rising. The specific program is not alone but is part of a structured housing policy, which the Prime Minister mentioned a few days ago here in the Parliament in response to a topical question of PASOK leader Mr. Androulakis. What are we doing about housing policy overall? We have 2.3 billion in housing programs. Already through “My Home” almost 4,200 disbursed loans at the end of the year, it will be 9,800, we are now moving forward with the shake-ups, we will also start the Social Compensation program. Important measures to deal with the housing problem”.
