Free with restrictions the 22-year-old accused of attempted kidnapping of a 16-year-old girl girl in the early hours of Sunday in Haidari.
An investigator and a prosecutor agreed that the defendant should be given the restrictive conditions of appearing once a month at a Police Station in his area and of being prohibited from approaching the neighborhood of the 16-year-old complainant.
The defendant is alleged in his plea, yes he denied the chargeclaiming that because he was lost in the area, returning from a night out with his friends in Elefsina, he asked for help from the 16-year-old to get out of the streets of Haidari and return to his home.
“I asked the 16-year-old to show me the way and she misunderstood and cursed me. That’s why I slapped her, something I regret. But I have nothing to do with what they are accusing me of, as it seems in the forensics” the 22-year-old reportedly said, citing the medical examiner’s report which seems to refer to “micro abrasions” and “insignificant physical damage”.
