A new procedure to facilitate citizens who wish to exercise their right to vote by mail, is put into operation by the Independent Public Revenue Authority. Through the new procedure, it is possible to submit and, on a priority basis, process requests to change / correct the register data of voters who cannot be identified with the data of the basic electoral roll, either due to incorrect registration of their data in the AADE Register, or due to a recent change their identity details.

Those interested can submit their requests on the myAADE digital portal, in the My Requests application, under the path New Request > Taxation > (Thematic Group) Register > (Procedure) Changes to the details of a natural person to exercise the right to vote by mail.

The request must:

– contact details (mobile phone and e-mail) are indicated

– find attached:

  • completed form D210,
  • photocopy of both sides of the police identity card or the Greek passport, from which the correct identification information can be obtained.

The citizen monitors the progress of his request through the application, while at the same time he is informed via email, both of the unique code he will receive and of his completion/response.
