A new complication with her health was presented by 19 year old student of the University of Patras which at the end of February was attacked by meningitis.
According to tempo24 information though the young lady had escaped danger and had been transferred to the pathology clinic of the Rio hospital, in the last few days she developed problems in her lower limbs, as a result of which the treating doctors decided to transfer her to KAT, in Athens.
It is recalled that the student had collapsed in the mathematics department during a general assembly and was immediately transferred to the PGNP, where she was intubated in the ICU. It was the second of three fights between students.

In the meantime, the 42-year-old woman who contracted meningitis and was transferred to Patras from the Pyrgos hospital remains intubated in critical condition in the ICU of the university hospital.
The woman, a mother of two small children, who works in a packaging factory in Havari, Municipality of Iliad, in Ilia, had gone to the Amaliada hospital with pain, but the initial diagnosis did not show a problem and she was discharged, however she returned a few hours later and was immediately transferred to Pyrgos and from there to Patras.
It should be noted that the health services were alerted and the 27 workers at the packaging plant and their families were informed in order to receive chemoprophylaxis.
