In fact, according to the observations of the meteo.gr / National Observatory of Athens network of automatic weather stations, the maximum temperature on Wednesday reached 32.6 degrees Celsius in areas of Northern Crete. This value was recorded at the meteorological station in Alikianos, Chania, and is the highest since 2010, a year in which several meteo.gr stations were already operating in Crete. The immediately previous maximum values ​​on the island were 30.1 degrees in Falasarna and Vryses of Chania on 31/03/2010.
