Tomorrow, Saturday 30/3 and Sunday 31/3, the “Agia Varvara” Metro station will not operate tomorrow, due to work on the installation of new electronic ticket equipment.
According to an update from OASA, from Monday, April 1, when the station will operate normally again, passengers will use the equipment that already existed (validation and automatic vending machines), installed in new positions.
How will passengers be served during the temporary shutdown of “Agia Varvara” station
To serve the passenger public due to the shutdown of the “Agia Varvara” station, OASA informs that:
The temporary bus line X30 St. Agia Marina – St. Korydallos, will fully interconnect the “Agia Marina” and “Korydallos” Stations with the “Agia Varvara” Station.
In addition, an extension of the schedule of the X30 bus line has been planned for the possibility of transferring during the night hours, namely:
- on Saturday 30/3 the last route will be 01:45 and
- on Sunday 31/3 the last route will be 00:40.
To go to Agia Varvara Station, passengers can also use the passing lines 830, 837 and 892. Also, lines 807 and 831 approach Agia Varvara Station.
