The woman called the police and the 50-year-old man was arrested
Knife his wife for a… pan with fillings allegedly produced a hot-blooded husband, who was unwilling to share his family’s food with his in-laws, not even… one tomato or one pepper, threatening to count them!
The hot episode about the stuffed items that came out hot – hot from the oven happened during the meal. The couple was sitting at the table eating the freshly cooked food before the songs started.
The woman said she had made enough stuffing and would give her parents to eat as well, not counting on her husband’s reaction. He reportedly reacted badly, apparently not wanting to share… his bite.
His wife, who did not take his reaction seriously at first, persisted. Then the 50-year-old allegedly grabbed it kitchen knife and brandishing it, to threaten his wife. “Don’t even give stuff to your parents. I will count them!”, he allegedly said, threatening and shouting.
The woman was disturbed by her husband’s violent reaction, especially when she saw him take a knife. The two seem to have frequent fights, however the dispute over the stuffed animals seems to have reached an extreme.
Call the police. Police rushed to the scene and arrested the 50-year-old, even though the woman stated that she no longer wished to prosecute him, attributing the incident to the tension of the moment,
However, the crime of using a weapon is prosecuted ex officio. The 50-year-old was arrested and brought before him Single-member Criminal Court of Volos. It had been adjourned and yesterday, the case was heard.
The wife testified again that she did not want the 50-year-old to be prosecuted, but the court found him guilty of both the threat and the weapons offense and sentenced him to eight months in prison suspended for three years.
