A 26-year-old pulled out a knife and seriously injured the 23-year-old, who was taken to the University General Hospital of Patras, where he underwent a long-hour surgery and doctors are fighting to keep him alive, according to information from Tempo24.News.

Today (04.05.2024) in the early hours of the morning, in Lefkada, by police officers of the Lefkada Police Department, -8- citizens, aged between 19 and 26 years old, who participated in a fight, which resulted in the serious injury of one of the six of them (23 years old).
As it turned out, the defendants, due to personal differences, got into a fight in the early hours of today (04.05.2024), in the city of Lefkada, and during the development, a 26-year-old, using a sharp object, seriously injured the 23-year-old, who was transferred and is being treated at the University General Hospital Patron.
A case file was filed against the arrested for the crime of fighting, while in addition the 26-year-old is accused of attempted murder and violation of the weapons legislation.
A preliminary investigation into the case is being carried out by the Lefkada Security Department, with the investigation continuing into the involvement of other individuals.
Those arrested will be taken to the Criminal Prosecutor of Lefkada.
