The man, taking advantage of the 12-year-old’s mother’s absence from home, repeatedly committed sexual acts against her
Proceedings against one 50 years old locally, it was formed by police officers of the Juvenile Protection Sub-Directorate of the Security Directorate of Thessaloniki, for the offenses of sexual indecency, sexual acts with minors or before them where the victim is under the age of twelve, abuse of minors and threat.
According to ELAS, there was a previous complaint according to which, in the year 2023 in the area of ​​Polichni, the 50-year-old taking advantage of the relationship he had with the mother 12 years old, with gestures and suggestions of a sexual nature, he brutally insulted her sexual dignity, while taking advantage of the absence of the 12-year-old’s mother from home, he proceeded repeatedly in sexual acts against her.
After searches carried out in the 50-year-old’s homes in the areas of Thessaloniki and Imathia, two digital storage media and a mobile phone were found and confiscated, which were sent to the Sub-Directorate of Criminal Investigations of Northern Greece for laboratory examination.
The file will be submitted to the competent Prosecutor.
