The circle of suspects opens for her case of phone surveillance as the deputy prosecutor of the Supreme Court, Achilleas Zisis, who is conducting the investigation, has called, according to confirmed information, two people as suspects in a deposition for violations of the legislation on the protection of telephone privacy and the legislation on personal data.

The two suspects, whose identities have not been clarified by judicial sources, have been given a deadline and are expected to give explanations next week.

However, from the same sources it is clarified that among those invited doesn’t belong the lawyer Grigoris Dimitriadis who was already called as a witness.

In any case, information indicates that the prosecutor Achilleas Zisis he is going to call others to explanations as suspects as his investigation is in the final stage in order to draw up a conclusion which he will submit for a final judgment to the Prosecutor of the Supreme Court Georgia Adelini.

According to information, Mr. Zisis has already received statements from 40 witnesses, while he has accepted answers from all the requests for legal assistance sent by the prosecution authorities to foreign authorities.

The prosecutorial actions of the last few days indicate that the case is nearing the end of the investigation as the time is already approaching to complete two years since the surveillance complaints submitted by both the president of PASOK-KINAL Nikos Androulakis as well as the journalist Thanasis Koukakis and other people.
