“He rushed up to me yelling “come here you’re not going anywhere” and ran towards me. I quickly left the apartment located on the fourth floor. I started running down the stairs, jumping five by five, while he was chasing me and yelling. There are previous incidents of violence against me and I was scared“, said the complainant.
The 52-year-old denied stalking his sister and admitted following her “quickly” as she went down the stairs to leave.
“It was a reflex action and not a hunt, she was running furiously while I had asked her for something so simple, I was holding the responsible statement in my hand. On the last steps I saw her do a “cute” jump. She jumped the last step and fell as athletes fall, like a ballerina. I never intended to provoke violence or force a situation“, he apologized.
