Miraculously, a woman from Larisa was saved from being bitten by a poisonous snake, specifically, a viper, according to a publication of onlarissa.gr. The snake passed through an open door inside the house and after “drilling” into the bedroom, hid under the bed of her granddaughter, who was only 2 years old.

Luckily it didn’t bite the child, but it did bite his grandmother’s finger when she went to pick something up from the floor. The incident happened in a single-family house in the Skotina area, and the woman, with horrible pain and swelling in half of her body, was hospitalized at the Katerinis hospital in a critical condition, according to the doctors.

Fortunately, with proper treatment, her life was saved.

According to reports, the woman saw the snake in the bedroom and tried to kill it by first throwing a cardigan over it. But this one took its head out of the garment and bit her finger.
