In its letter to the board of directors of OASTH, the union of employees of the organization states that the employees unanimously decided to stop working for all specialties. “The reason we are forced to resort to the action of mobilization, stems from the submission of an amendment by the Government for a vote in Parliament, requesting a refund from employees for the period 01/01/2016 to 09/2017,” the letter states.

For its part, the OASTH administration notes in an announcement that “OASTH initiates legal proceedings in order for the work stoppage to be declared illegal and abusive, as it clearly violates the law and burdens the whole of society.”
