Le Cordon Bleu, a French gastronomy institute with a branch in Vila Madalena, São Paulo, is organizing an event that combines gourmet burgers and craft beers from Cervejaria Dogma.
The dinner will be held in a month, on September 13, starting at 7 pm, at the Culinary Village, a space that opened last year and includes kitchens, an area for events and classes, a cafeteria and a memorial in honor of Nina Horta.

Chefs from the school will prepare five burgers, such as the one with wagyu beef, English cheddar and gherkin pickles, and the one prepared with picanha, breaded brie, frisée lettuce, mushroom fricassee and barbecue sauce. Other flavors also include foie gras, salmon and there is a vegetarian option.
Each sandwich will be paired with a Dogma beer. They will also be served with root vegetable chips and there will be dessert at the end: cookies and cinnamon rolls. During the service, the chefs will present the dishes and a master brewer will explain the characteristics of the drinks.
Tickets cost R$590 and can be purchased on the Le Cordon Bleu website.
