We inform you that regarding the presence of rodents in Syntagma Square, Mr Municipality of Athens has already taken a series of actions to address the problem. According to the Bureau of Pesticides of the Directorate of Greenery & Urban Fauna, in the last 10 days, the following actions were carried out:

13-09-2024: Myocide by placing baits in bait stations in closed cafes.

16-09-2024: Myocide by placing baits in the wells around the perimeter of the square.

09-19-2024: Locating and sealing possible rodent nest entrances within the flower beds, with simultaneous placement of baits.

20-09-2024: Control and re-baiting at the bait stations in the closed cafes.

OR Syntagma Square is constantly monitored by the competent services of the Municipality, applying all the prescribed measures to combat rodents in the urban fabric in a timely manner.

The Municipality of Athens remains on alert with constant interventions, continuously continuing efforts to protect public health in every part of the city.
