Father Antonio’s guilt for moral authorship in bodily harm against guests in the structures of the Ark of the World in Volos and Chios, requests the prosecutor of the seat of the Three-member Criminal Court of Athens.
At her trial, the prosecutor asks for Father Antonios to be convicted of misdemeanors and to convict four executives of the structures as natural perpetrators, while they were acquitted due to doubts about other acts.
“Despite the fact that he himself had said in his apology that he had a spiritual role, from the statements it is concluded that he had an active and dominant role and his opinion was decisive for the course of the organization. As the witnesses have reported, “the word of the father was law, beyond the order of this man, nothing was done”” said the prosecutor.
She requested the acquittal of the defendants due to doubts about the complaints of former guests concerning structures in Kalamata, Athens and Pogoniani.
At the same time, the prosecutor also suggested guilt for five of the total seven former workers at Kivoto tou Kosmos.
The trial will continue next week with the purchase of lawyers for both sides.
