We have no doubt
It is no exaggeration to say that I cannot imagine a world without it potatoes. From mashed potatoes to fried croquettes, there’s almost no version of the potato that doesn’t excite me. However, my only complaint is that potatoes often take a long time to cook due to their density and high starch content.
This increased cooking time, combined with my busy schedule, has me looking for new potato recipes that require as little effort as possible. Luckily, TikTok (once again) answered my potato-prayers.
This easy one recipeshared by TikTok user @nutrientmatters, creates wedges potatoes that are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, with minimal effort on the part of the cook. They can be easily made either in the oven or in the air fryer, and they become even more delicious when dipped in the honey and mustard sauce that @nutrientmatters recommends in her video.
Try them! And if you end up eating them all before they even make it to the plate, know that you’re not alone!
