The above explanation is said to have been given by the confessed perpetrator of the brutal quadruple murder in Andravida, which has shocked the nation, when asked why he had already left for Patras and returned.
In accordance with Patrisnews, the 60-year-old insisted again that he “does not remember” what happened to the children, and that he killed their parents, because they were creating problems for his mother, who lives in the house just above. “I remember one shot and then nothing,” he said characteristically.

During the fight we were in their bedroom. There I shot them. These people turned off the water and electricity, and left my elderly mother in the dark without water. That day, she called me crying and told me that once again she had no electricity or water. I called them and tried to normalize the situation, but 32-year-old Armando Kloci verbally attacked me. Then I left the house to talk up close. The verbal confrontation turned into a clash of the three of us. “During the fight we were in the bedroom, where I threw them on the bed and shot them.”
The defense attorney of the 60-year-old, Mr. Spyros Andriopoulos, stated that his client will be taken to Korydallos prison, while he said that the request for a psychiatric expertise was not accepted at this stage.
Mr. Andriopoulos also referred to the 60-year-old’s motives, which, as he said, had nothing to do with the thousand euros that the couple owed to him, but the repeated disputes they had with him, regarding problems that he allegedly created in the his mother. “Her water and electricity were cut off,” said the defense attorney, and continued: couple in an attempt to normalize the situation, but they verbally attacked him. Then he decided to go to their house to talk up close. “After he entered the house at his own urging, they first started a verbal confrontation which turned into a fight between the three of them, as a result of which they were led to the bedroom, where he threw them on the bed and shot them.”
The defense attorney stressed that the convict did not have an accomplice, while no one supported him. He also said that the 60-year-old was confused after the crime, wandering in Patras and wanted to get rid of the gun on him.
Mr. Andriopoulos explained that the perpetrator had found refuge in a fishing boat, as we wrote in Patrisnews yesterday. While the reason why he returned to Andravida, he said that it was a dog, which was alone in the house and thought that he would need water and food.
As for the apartment building, in which the boiler room had hidden the weapon of the crime, the lawyer told him that he chose it because he had the entrance keys, since several years ago a person close to him who lived there, had given it to him to does some work while he would be missing.
It is noted that the investigator and the prosecutor, unanimously decided on the temporary detention of the 60-year-old and has already made his way to the Korydallos prison.
