Many of the cases investigated by the National Transparency Authority concern from breaches of duty to embezzlement and negligence against minors!
The latest report of the National Transparency Authority (NDA) on corruption and arbitrariness in the wider public includes impressive data on the cycle of violations and illegalities of a total of 913 public servants – dozens of whom are mayors, heads of departments, departments and other government officials – sector, which “TA NEA” reveals today.
This is a series cases for which the EAD was officially informed, with many of them concerning from breaches of duty until embezzlements and inactions at the expense of minors!
From them 598 checked for suspicious actions104 were municipal employees, 103 elected officials, 92 in uniform, 68 doctors, 64 teachersthe 51 ministry employees, the 44 NPID employees, the 41 district employees, the 18 correctional officersand the 13 employees of Independent Authorities.
As noted in the EAD report, based on subsequent investigations 315 civil servants were disciplined of which 135 for “breach of duty” and the rest for a number of other disciplinary offences.
Of those tested, 57 were mayorsthe 52 superiors directorate, the 50 heads of departments, the 102 employeesthe 36 elected officials and one district governor.
They were kicked out from their services 55 employees for unjustified abstinence, 5 for pimping and possession of child pornography4 for embezzlement, two for computer fraud, two for possession of a fake degree and one for felony…antiquities theft.
The total number of expelled employees is 77.
