For customers on a residential tariff with a time charge (reduced night) continuous hours, the existing hours of 23:00 to 07:00 apply
From November 1, the nightly domestic tariff for the winter season 2024-2025 applies
DEDDIE reminds that for customers who apply a household tariff with a time charge (reduced night time) segmental hours will apply this year, as every year, from November 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025, as follows:
- 02:00-08:00 and 15:00-17:00, for customers connected to the Network of the Mainland and its interconnected islands.
- 02:00-08:00 and 15:30-17:30, for customers of non-interconnected islands.
Consumers who wish to receive further information on this subject can obtain information from their Supplier.
For customers on a residential tariff with a time charge (reduced night) continuous hours, the existing hours of 23:00 to 07:00 apply.
It is noted that the continuous hours (23:00 to 07:00 all year round) no longer apply to new consumers and still only apply to existing consumers.
Consumers who have the continuous schedule can change it and receive the segmented schedule if they wish, but they cannot return to the continuous schedule.
