The Mediterranean and French-inspired restaurant, with a classy atmosphere, changes its chef for the third time. The kitchen is now under the command of Thiago Cerqueira, who has worked with Erick Jacquin and worked at houses such as Merci Brasserie and Sympa. He reformulated the menu and presents suggestions such as mascarpone and pistachio tortelli in arugula emulsion, served with tuna tartare and mujol roe (R$ 115). The drinks menu is also new, with six creations, such as the Molière (R$38), with chardonnay wine, a blend of vermouths, angostura bitters and black garlic oil.

Damazônia Gelateria
The traditional ice cream shop from Belém arrived in São Paulo with a recently opened unit in Jardins. Around 20 flavors come out of the cold vats that use typical ingredients from the North region. One of the highlights is the so-called meeting of the waters, creamy and dense, made with coconut milk, tapioca and pistachio paste, with little pieces of the fruit. The most requested is tapioca, creamy, with large pieces of starch, based on coconut milk. One ball costs R$18.50 and two for R$27.50. For an additional R$3.50, you can try it on a homemade cone, prepared with a touch of cumaru and lemon zest.
