Proceedings for participation in a terrorist organization and, as the case may be, commission of terrorist acts, against three persons, EL.AS proceeded as it stated in its announcement about the explosion in a 3rd floor apartment in Arkadia Street to the Vineyards. They are a 31-year-old man and two women aged 30 and 33.

The 31-year-old man o who voluntarily presented himself to the anti-terrorist police and who was subsequently arrested. He and his partner had given the keys to Arcadia Street to the androgynous man who was inside the apartment at the time of the explosion. Although he denied having anything to do with the explosion, a case was filed against him.

EL.AS also filed a case against the 33-year-old woman who was seriously injured by the explosion and is still hospitalized under guard.

Authorities are looking for a 30-year-old woman.

According to the announcement, so far three houses have been searched and a vehicle, where among others bflowed and confiscated:

-2- pistols with magazines

-numerous digital proofs (laptop, tablet and usb sticks),

-mobile phones,

-sim cards,

– means of altering facial features, such as wigs and full-face masks,

-number of keys,

-as well as handwritten notes and blueprints

In detail, the announcement of EL.AS

“Following previous announcements regarding the explosion that took place on 31-10-2024 in an apartment on Arkadias Street in Ampelokipos, Attica, it is announced that the Anti-Terrorist Service has filed a case file for participation in a terrorist organization and, as the case may be, the commission of terrorist acts, at the expense of three individuals citizens, (a 31-year-old man and two women aged 33 and 30 respectively), of which the first presented himself spontaneously in the evening hours of 01-11-2024 and after being arrested, he will be brought before the Prosecutor’s Office this afternoon. Additionally, it is noted that one of the two accused women (33 years old) was arrested and continues to be treated under guard in a hospital, while the other is being sought.

Also, the body of the deceased from the explosion, which belongs to a local man aged 36, was identified in the laboratory. So far, searches have been carried out in three houses and one vehicle, where, among other things, -2 pistols with magazines, a number of digital evidence (laptops, tablets and usb sticks), mobile phones, sim cards, means of altering facial features, such as wigs and full face masks, lots of keys, as well as handwritten notes and blueprints. The investigation is ongoing.”

The deceased in the apartment has been identified

Earlier today, the authorities proceeded to identify the man who was killed in the explosion that took place on Thursday in the apartment in Ampelokipou.

According to information, this is a man, over 30 years old, from Piraeus.
