A new case of domestic violence is being recorded with a police officer as the protagonist, who is also accused of robbery against his 34-year-old ex-partner.
According to ERT, the incident happened late last Saturday night in Kaminia, Piraeus. The perpetrator, being in the house of his ex-partner with whom he had separated, proceeded to remove a wooden jar, which contained her mobile phone, her wallet with bank cards, her identity card, as well as other personal belongings.
In fact, the police officer who served in the Athens Police Department was on standby. As his actions were noticed by the victim, in order to keep possession of the stolen goods, he pushed the victim away, who nevertheless managed to lock the door of her house and call the Immediate Action.
Until the attacker’s colleagues arrived, he managed to escape from the balcony like a common criminal and is now wanted.
The following day, the perpetrator’s father returned the stolen property to the 34-year-old, while a case was filed against the perpetrator, who was not identified in the context of the car accident, for robbery and domestic violence, since the victim was his ex-partner.
