“The Administrative Court of First Instance invoked only the “financial damage” of the businessman, until the final adjudication of the case”, said Mr. Duke
The club that provided alcohol to minors is reopening, according to a relevant court decision, as announced by the Mayor of Athens, Haris Doukas, via a post on X (formerly Twitter).
In particular, as characteristically stated by Mr. Duke, “We were served with the unimaginable court decision, which allows the temporary operation of the store in L. Vouliagmenis, which provided alcohol to minors, as a result of which some were taken to the Hospital”.
Doukas also noted that the Administrative Court of First Instance cited only the “financial damage” of the businessman, until the final adjudication of the case, while he added that “we were not invited as a Municipality to present our arguments, as we had requested. We are deeply concerned about this development. For our part, we will continue efforts to enforce legality and protect minors.”
