With questions from the defense lawyers of Petros Filippidis to the witness who has denounced the actor for attempted rape in a theater dressing room in 2010, the proceedings continued in the hall of the Mixed Jury Court of Appeal of Athens.

The witness testified that she did not want anyone to know what happened to her because “Petros Filippidis was omnipotent”.

Complainant: When I saw that he opened the door for me and he was in a tank top, I felt a little uncomfortable there but I thought I might be overreacting. In the dressing room I didn’t want to take off my coat – it was also cold – and I was a bit embarrassed. I got up to leave and he said well sit down and you will leave.

Defense: and why did you stay?

Complainant: But I had no idea that this coercion would happen. I thought he would normally let me go.

Defense: Why didn’t you tell your siblings?

Complainant: And now that I’ve shared it, it hurts me. That’s why I want to end it and never talk about it again.

Defense: Why do you feel like telling some actors and your partners and not your family?

Complainant: About the two actresses, one I love and the other told me an incident of hers and I told her mine. No one ever leaked it.

The witness testified that she was forced to answer his phone calls because she was afraid that he would come to her and claim psychological rape.
The actresses Anna Maria Papacharalambous, Lena Drosaki and others are present at the court.
