The conscripts with the 2025 A’ ESSO: are called by circular order of the Ministry of National Defense, for classification in the Army.
Specifically:
a. From 20 to 24 January 2025:
(1) The conscripts of class 2027 (year of birth 2006) who are registered or should have been registered in the municipal registers of the prefecture of Xanthi (only the municipalities of Abdira, Mykis and Topeiros).
(2) The conscripts of classes 2002 to 2026 (years of birth 1981 to 2005), from all prefectures that are subject to conscription and are categories one to four (I/1 to I/4), full or reduced term, regardless of whether or not they have finished basic or special training and the reasons for their obligation to rank were created between September 1 2024 until 31 October 2024.
b. From January 20 to 22, 2025, the conscripts of the classes of paragraph 1a hereof who were postponed enlistment for health reasons and the reasons for their obligation to enlist were created in the period from November 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
2. The invitees must have with them during their classification:
a. Their police ID card,
b. The Ranking Note,
c. Their Individual Nursing Booklet,
d. Proof of their Tax Registration Number (TIN),
e. Social Security Number (SIN),
f. Chest X-ray, which will be accompanied by an opinion from a radiologist or pulmonologist from any Public or Prefectural Hospital or Health Center or Military Hospital or corresponding specialty, private doctor in the country.
g. A negative result in a rapid detection test (rapid test) for the antigen of the coronavirus COVID-19, which should have been carried out within 48 hours, before the day of their classification. The detection check is carried out free of charge in public hospitals, health centers, designated regional clinics or military hospitals, upon presentation of the rank note and police identification card or other official identification, in accordance with the applicable legislation,
or. Bank Account Number (IVAN) (with a photocopy of the 1st page of the account book with the first name of the beneficiary, the enlisted) and
i. Any document showing their blood type.
3. Those subject to classification, who suffer from chronic diseases and are monitored for at least 6 months, have the possibility to:
a. To be examined at the Military Hospitals of the Army, with appointments at the outpatient clinics corresponding to their illness, to receive a medical opinion, before their classification. When attending the outpatient clinics of the Military Hospitals, they must show their classification note and present the complete medical file of their illness. They will then be given a medical report by the military doctor of the Military Hospital, which they will present to the Recruit Training Center (KEN), in order to be examined by the Health Committees and the Special Military Councils.
b. If they do not wish or are unable to be examined in Military Hospitals, they must provide a medical opinion of their illness from the attending physicians of state and only hospitals. This opinion must explicitly state that the attending physician systematically monitors the patient in question for a period of at least six months and keeps a complete medical record of his illness. In this case, those subject to classification should present the above opinion to the medical service of the Recruit Training Center (KEN).
