The lawyer Maria Papadaki, who represents families of victims and is herself a relative of a victim, testified that the Unit officials were indifferent to the state of health of her father, who suffered a respiratory infection as a result of which he was admitted to hospital and eventually lost his life. his life after several days of hospitalization.

According to the witness, in June 2020 her family decided to host her father, who was suffering from dementia, for a few days in the nursing home until they could find a home caregiver.
