The deadline for submitting applications for inclusion in the call for rural road construction has been extended to February 28, as announced by the Ministry of Rural Development and Food.
Intervention P3-73-1.2: “Improving access to agricultural land and livestock holdings” of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of Greece 2023-2027 (SS CAP 2023-2027) is co-financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the Greek State with a percentage 100%, with the total budget reaching 65 million euro.
As mentioned in the announcement of the FSA, there will be an overcommitment of the available resources, which, according to the initial estimate, will exceed 200 million. euro. Beneficiaries for the submission of the relevant proposals are the municipalities of the country. With the credits of the invitation, projects will be financed which concern the improvement of access to agricultural land or livestock holdings, are implemented in areas outside the plan, provide for asphalt paving and/or cement paving, do not include costs related to usual maintenance interventions, etc..
Additional:
- The amount of 150,000 euros (including VAT) is defined as the minimum budget of the action support application.
- The amount of EUR 500,000 (including VAT) is defined as the maximum budget of the action support application.
- Exceptionally, a proposal can be submitted with a budget of up to 1,000,000 euros (including VAT) only in cases where the proposal concerns a physical object that is contiguous (a rural road), functional and road safety reasons require its completion up to this amount .

It should be noted, finally, that the application for support is submitted exclusively electronically through the Integrated Information System of the Common Agricultural Policy (OPSKAP), accompanied by the required supporting documents/documents.
