In a statement, the chef said the closure will allow a greater focus on expanding her candy factory in Butantã, where she provides desserts to addresses such as Barbacoa, city cafeteria, Havanna, 1900 Pizzeria and Santa Luzia House.
According to Carole, the factory negotiates a contract with a national network to sell its sweets, such as the coconut cake, in over 1,000 points throughout Brazil.
The strategy of the new phase also provides for the inauguration of a distribution center in Vila Leopoldina, which will deliver ecommerce.
Due to the closing of the confectionery, the chef prepares a bazaar at the site, where she will sell the products by half the price from 18 to 28 February.
In addition to sweets, the space will put for sale appliances, pans, dishes, shapes, cans and more series of items linked to Carole’s story.
In addition to commanding the factory, the chef is host of the reality Bake Off Brazil: Hand in the Mass, aired by SBT, columnist of BandNews FM and professor at the Wilma Kövesi School of Gastronomy School.
