According to a decision by the Thessaloniki Court of Appeal Court of Appeals, the 50 -year -old had illegal software, with which he shared a television signal into an unspecified number of users, thereby securing an additional income.
He seems to “advertise” his services through social networking page by referring his “customers” to paying his remuneration on a specific financial transaction website.
Apologetic denied the accusation, saying that because of his technical knowledge he undertook to repair computers and watches.
The Court found him guilty, believing that he performed his act on a continuation (the case concerned the period 2011/12) and on a commercial scale, while recognizing his exterior good behavior and decided to turn his sentence into a redeemable (to 5 euro daily).
