In a climate of tension and controversy, it continued the trial of the well-known actor and director Dimitris Lignadiswho is on trial for sexual abuse of young people after relevant complaints of 4 people to the prosecutor’s office.
The trial continued with the examination of the first of the plaintiffs of Egyptian origin, who received questions from the prosecutor and the civil lawyer (represents the victims) Giannis Vlachos, while the defense of the accused challenged his testimony, calling him an “international swindler” and requesting that the record of the trial be forwarded to the prosecutor so that the witness could be prosecuted.
The defense attorney of Dimitris Lignadis asked a series of questions to the witness and noted what were the contradictions of the witness in his opinion, while the atmosphere of tension prevailed when the witness was asked to state where he resides.
The plaintiff insisted on his initial complaint that he was raped by Dimitris Lignadis and for the facts he described he received – again – a series of questions from all the actors in the trial.
