The 4th competition of judicial officials is expected to take place in June 2025. The exams are written and conducted in Thessaloniki. All Graduates of IP and TE are accepted regardless of specialty, while high school graduates (DE) are accepted. The positions for the 4th competition will be 272 and this time the category will not have the most positions, ie 125. Necessary qualifications are computer knowledge as well as very good knowledge (advanced) English, French, German or Italian for the categories of IP and TE and good knowledge (Lower level) in one of the above.

The written test of Study Includes examination in the following items:

a) Theme of General Education (Essay)
(b) Code of judicial officials, Code of Court of Justice and the status of judicial officers and Code of Court of Auditors.
(c) Elements of law in particular constitutional and procedural (criminal procedure, civil procedure, administrative procedure).

Courses are examined with multiple choice questions (except for the subject of general education).
