The scientific forum entitled Business with “Y-G-I-A-A”* and Intelligence (* Hydor, Gaia, Iron, Air) is organized on Friday 7th and Saturday March 8th in Agrinio.
The focus will be agriculture, livestock farming, fishing, aquaculture and renewable energy in the age of artificial intelligence.
The sustainable development of the countryside is the big bet for tomorrow of the Greek economy and society, with a positive contribution to the country’s productive potential, trade balance, per capita income and demographic dispersion.
The purpose of the forum is:
-The highlight of scientific and technological data and the information of those concerned about the prospects of sustainable development.
-The analysis of powerful and impossible points (Swot Analysis) for agricultural production, fish production and RES.
SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities & Threats Analysis) analysis for the areas of agriculture, livestock, aquaculture, agrotourism, sustainable energy and climate change includes all contemporary issues and trends related to rustic, and rustic economy. Looking at these parameters for Western Greece, it will be presented by leading specialist scientists, economists and politicians a detailed picture of strong points, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to each sector.
With the contribution of the participants of both the Ministry of Rural Development and the Agricultural University, the topics will develop in all three areas, highlighting the new technological tools and financial opportunities for interested and young farmers, fishermen and businessmen.
