Conducting Extraordinary Controls in Businesses – Facilities for Finding and Implementation of Fire Safety Legislation
With a view to ascertaining compliance with the measures and means of fire protection in businesses – installations, economic activities and taking into account the analysis of the statistics of 2024, the Governors of DIPYN/DIPY. In collaboration with the DIPYN/DIPY Preventive and Repressive Fire Offices. and with all Fire Department/Fire Stations/Fire Brigades, they have been ordered, in addition to the regular – sampling checks to carry out emergency checks at all public gathering centers during the second quarter of 2025.
Checks concern:
- In nightclubs and nightclubs ‘nightclubs’, the uses of ‘gathering public’ buildings belonging to the medium and high -level hazard category.
- In warehouses and industries-crafts that fall into the high level of risk categories.
- In recycling facilities, recovery of selected materials, collection of hazardous or non -waste, etc. “Storage”, “industry – craft” buildings and a certificate of (active) fire protection is required.
According to inspections from the Preventive and Repressive Fire Offices from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024 2,543 Total checks on financial operators – facilities using “Common Coalition” have been carried out, 595 deficiencies have been found – observations from all controls, and 215 are founded by 215. with Annex A of 19/2024 Fire Department.
It is noted that the use of “public rally” includes, among other things, entertainment centers and nightclubs.
