Opening of Mares de la Peruana and Origi dishes are gastronomic news in SP

Chef Marisabel Woodman, in front of La Peruana, opened in Pinheiros a new restaurant named Mares de La Peruana. The boteco of actor Joaquim Lopes, Oripi, completes a year of operation with news on the menu. Check out this and other gastronomic news in São Paulo.

Blue Box Coffee

The jewelry brand Tiffany & Co. has opened a temporary store of the Blue Box Café, a coffee shop that has units in cities such as New York, Mexico City and Dubai. In São Paulo, the space is open until April 30th. On the menu, there are combo options for breakfast, brunch or afternoon coffee starting at $ 150. Anyone who wants, can buy single items, such as Croissant ($ 50). For lunch and dinner, cheeseburger (R $ 145) and grilled chicken (R $ 170) are options. There is already waiting line for reserve tables, so it is recommended to check the availability of places.

Losdos Cantina

To celebrate the day of the Taco, chefs João Gertel and Caio Alciati bring guests to elaborate rereading of the Mexican dish. Fred Caffarena, from Make Hommus. Not War, prepares fish cheek stuffing, pea homus and burnt lemon, finished with roses and pistachio (R $ 33). There are sweet preparations, such as Chocotaco (R $ 30), by Larissa Schutze and João Naufal, from Pinguina Ice Cream. Seas de la Peruana

Open in March, it is the new restaurant of chef Marisabel Woodman, also ahead of La Peruvian. With decoration that refers to the beach, it has a kitchen inspired by Peru. From entry, it serves white fish ceviche with yellow ají (R $ 114), a country pepper, red -back octopus and patacones – fry banana discourse. The Ají still appears in the fish in the Brasa (R $ 173), served whole with coriander and pepper. To finish, the cake Três Leches (R $ 47) takes meringue, strawberry syrup and dulce de leche.

Oiripi

The boteco of actor Joaquim Lopes completes a year of operation with news on the menu. Four main dishes options enter the menu, including the bovine language (R $ 62). Made of pressure and sautéed in butter, it is accompanied by mashed potatoes and Demi Glace. From April, Boteco will also have delivery through IFood.

Sparkling Festival

The fair is dedicated to sparkling wines and refreshing wines. Visitors can taste and bring home about one hundred national and imported labels. Ticket entitles you to a cup for up to ten tastings. To eat, there are handcrafted products, such as cheeses, for sale.

The festival takes place outside the SP Market mall and brings together 25 exhibitors who have some dish created from pork. The options to eat cost from R $ 35 and range from piglet to pururuca, roll clods, pork rib, shake, pancetta and hamburger. The program also includes shows.
