On the occasion of reports on the stance of the President of the Athens Bar Association Dimitris Vervesos in the case of Tempi, the Board of Directors of the SAA in a statement characterizes the attack on both the SAA and its chairman.

In particular, the announcement of the SAA is as follows:

“The Board of Directors of the Athens Bar Association, on the occasion of reports that saw the light of publicity in relation to the Athens Bar Association’s stance on the Tempe case, issued the following announcement:

It is obvious that the targeted attack on the Athens Bar Association and its president is due to our continued actions and interventions for the unfair imputed taxation of freelancers, the conditions of justice, the rule of law, the espionage, the functioning of the independent authorities, the protection of the independent authorities.

The Athens Bar Association, as it was, by law, entitled a statement to support the charge in the Crime Crime, seeking to complete the truth and the rendering of justice.

In this context, an expert expert was requested by the expert, the list of courts, which was filed with the competent appellant-investigator in February 2024. Recall that the above -mentioned expert report refers to a number of issues related to the crime of Tempi and the expert took into account the information known at the time of its retirement.

It is obvious, in the light of the foregoing, that the relevant publication of the “dying” of the expert report is completely unfounded and serves the communication needs of public opinion from the basic questions that require answers to the accident itself (717 and so on).

Completely investigating the crime of Tempi and the rendering of justice are a pretext for the Bar. And in this direction we will continue to move on to move without this kind of impulses. “
