About 350 calls receives on average on a daily basis the call center operating within the Ministry of Immigration and Asylum, for the assistance of Ukrainian refugees.

According to the data provided by the Minister of Immigration and Asylum in a relevant post on social networks, who visited the offices today, the call center also receives about 50 calls per day on weekends and holidays. Also about 1,650 supply requests humanitarian aid have been submitted through the platform “Help Ukraine”.
