A victim of fraud that cost her 50,000 euros, a woman fell to Larissa- how she approached her and how they managed to steal her
Fifty thousand euros lost Larissa, which last Monday afternoon fell victim to deceitful deception, as with the now known pretext of an accident – a relative’s accident, she was persuaded to pay this large sum of money to fraudsters.
More specifically, according to onlarissa.gr, the 75 -year -old woman received a phone call from an unknown person who pretended to be a police officer that her daughter had caused a traffic accident, losing a 14 -year -old girl.
She even told her that the girl’s relatives were gathered and threatened her daughter.
The 75 -year -old was shocked with what she heard and was convinced to hand over money in fear that her daughter would not find her trouble and was brought to justice.
All this while the perpetrator of the perpetrator went home. His elderly man opened and handed him 50,000 euros to 100 euro banknotes, which she held inside her home.
The perpetrator became a “smoke” shortly after receiving the money and when the unfortunate 75 -year -old found that it was a fraud he addressed the police to report the fact.
The Larissa Criminal Prosecution and Criminal Directorate has now undertaken the investigation of the case to identify the perpetrators.
