Motel -faced restaurant from chef Renata Vanzetto is gastronomic novelty in SP

Chef Renata Vanzetto has just opened her new restaurant, Motel, on Bela Cintra Street. The house works in the same space as Ema, which has been closed since March, and is inspired by the intimate aesthetics of American motels. In addition, the Speakeasy Infini style bar in the Republic has launched a new drink letter that takes the signatures of Luiz Guarezmin, Leo Henry, Dani França Pinto and Chula Barmaid.

Girondino coffee

The place now bets on happy hour, with expansion of its menu. The authorial cocktails signed by Mia Rossi who exploit the harmonization with coffee, such as Ketel One infused with cocoa NIBS, Rum, Express, coffee liqueur and saline (R $ 38) are drawn. Infinite
The Speakeasy style bar, which is behind a door of the French restaurant La Casserole, has launched a new drink letter, which takes the title of Infinite Brazil and focus on local ingredients. The creations, signed by Luiz Guarezmin, Leo Henry, Dani França Pinto and Chula Barmaid, are divided into three categories. One of them, from the earth to the cup, includes drinks that praise native ingredients of the Atlantic Forest, such as vodka kãmu -i, cambuci aguachile, jataí honey and added bubbles (R $ 49).

Jazz in the house

The project, held between April and June, mixes music and gastronomy at Casa Natura Musical. In addition to the series of shows by national artists planned in the program, chef Danillo Cocci created an exclusive menu for the public. There are options for reinvented classics, such as the Steak Tartare version that carries black tucupi sauce in its composition, served in a tapioca biju (four units, $ 46). Suzana Barelli, a journalist specializing in wines, created the letter with Brazilian labels for the event. Figure among the choices the sparkling Brut Nature of the Gaucho Vita Eternal Winery (R $ 145).

Motel Restaurant

Chef Renata Vanzetto’s new home is inspired by American motels and features intimate aesthetics, with low, warm -colored and neon lights, spread through the space of the old Ema, which ended the activities in March. The menu bets on food to share, with vintage dishes that refer to the 1980s and 1990s. An example is the salted dream mass stuffed with shrimp cocktail (R $ 52). To drink, there are Brazilian labels in the wine list signed by Sommelière Gabriela Monteleone, as well as drinks, such as gin infused with citrus, raspberry, plum, shissô and tonic ($ 43). To close, it is worth asking the meringue with strawberry and sighs (R $ 48).

Muli

The fish and seafood restaurant now launches a executive menu each month. It is served from Wednesday to Friday, from 12h to 15h, and has the fixed value of $ 79. In April, customers can ask for entry to white fish parsley, which comes with mashed sweet potatoes and tortilla fried. Ocho Manos

The fifth edition of the event, presented by Mendoza’s Bodega Trvento winery, has the presence of chefs Francisco Mancuso, Ricardo Michel, Alejandro Roth and Santi Roig, who command restaurants in Argentina. They serve four stages-evasion menu inspired by the gastronomy of the neighboring country. Among the options is the Malbec beef cheek, served with potato gnocchi. All dishes will be harmonized with label labels.

Single Night Bar
The event occupies four floors of the Misericórdia building in the center. Each floor has a different proposal: live music, listening bar, underground space and dance floor. The initiative is part of the Heineken’s Bar Dating campaign and the launch.
