Inaugurated in November 2024, The Door Cocktail Bar announced an internal research and development of ethyl bases. With a schedule aimed at professionals and interested people, the activities of The Door-LAB occupy a Tuesday of the month, with four dates and pre-established themes.

On May 20, the meeting focuses on reds. June 17, in Liqueurs; July 15, clarification techniques; and on August 12, bourbons and barrels.
The contents will be addressed in two distinct workshops: the “Do Lab Pro Bar”, from 14h to 16h30, with theoretical and practical content in the laboratory aimed at professionals in the area (R $ 40, being R $ 40 reverted to later consumption until seven days after the course), and the Lab Pro Copo “, from 19h, with guided tasting of four -related recipes (R $ 165). Each workshop will have a maximum capacity of 15 participants.
