A teacher was reported by his 11 -year -old student for sexual harassment. The schoolgirl, attending a private school in Thessaloniki, addressed the Department of Minors’ Protection of the Thessaloniki Criminal Prosecution and Criminal Court and then a case was filed against the 48 -year -old for abuse of a minor and an insult.
As the minor complained last March, the 48 -year -old teacher sent her a message to social media, in which she had offended her sexual dignity with various proposals.
According to a statement by ELAS, a lawful survey at the teacher’s home seized a laptop computer, a mobile phone and two portable data storage units (USB-Stick), sent for laboratory research to the Northern Greece Criminal Investigations Division.
The case file will be submitted to the competent prosecutor, while the police investigation is continuing for any other cases of sufferers, as stated in the same statement.
