Shock has caused the sudden death of a 5 -year -old girl in Thessaloniki, who succumbed to septic shock with rapid development.

According to the Regional Director of Education of Central Macedonia, three more incidents with positive samples in streptococcus were identified in the kindergarten that was going in western Thessaloniki. Children who are ill have mild symptoms, according to thestival.gr.

Already yesterday, there was a disinfectant at the Kindergarten premises, and today many parents did not send their children to school.

Tomorrow, the structure will remain closed, and in the morning there is expected to be found there for the ERD to perform a Strep test for students and teaching staff.

As the child’s father described, the 5 -year -old did not have alarming symptoms on Friday and Saturday. On Sunday, he raised a fever, in which they responded with the administration of antipyretic. However, on Monday morning, the parents noticed that the child had changed color on the face and was bruised.

They immediately transported the small to a private clinic in the city, where doctors performed blood tests and found infection by streptococci. Unfortunately, her health has deteriorated rapidly, and despite doctors’ efforts, the child failed to do so.
