Traffic regulations in downtown Athens from morning – which roads will be closed – See in detail
There are several roads in downtown Athens, today, Sunday, due to the cycling race “Run Bike Care 2025”.
According to the ELAS announcement, a temporary and gradual interruption of vehicles will be temporarily interrupted During the hours of 08:00 to 10:30, in the Municipality of Athens.
In detail, traffic arrangements:
- Syngrou Ave., in its section from Ath. Constitution.
- Vas. Amalia, along its entire length, traffic stream to Pl. Constitution and perpendicular to the first parallel route.
- University, in its section from Amalia Avenue to Hippocrates Street and its perpendicular to the first parallel road.
- Academy, in its section by Har. Trikoupi to Vas. Sophia Avenue and its vertical to the first parallel road.
- Vas. Sofias, in its section from Vas. Amalia to L. Vas.
- Vas. Konstantinos, along its entire length, stream of traffic to Ardittos (descending) and its vertical to the first parallel road.
- Hr. Atticus, all along and perpendicular to the first parallel road.
- Meleagrou, in its section from Hesiod Street to Vas. Konstantinos.
- Aravantinou, in its section from Hesiod Street to Vas. Konstantinos.
- Cleanthus, in its section from Vas. Georgiou II Street to Vas. Konstantinos.
During the hours that the above prohibition will apply, the vertical passage of the vehicles will be permitted to the following controlled nodes:
- Vas. Sofia – Rigillis
- Vas. Konstantinos – Vas. Georgiou II (Truman).
