It is true that these days of exams, students and parents are flooded with feelings of anxiety and anxiety. For those who have gained again, this experience is a familiar situation. For most students, however, nationwide exams are particularly stressful and scary. Positive thoughts are necessary in this stressful period.

With the help of Mathematician and President of the “DIFFERENCE” Group, Mr. Thodoris Kalaitzidisthese are the “12 secrets” that will help you achieve your goals and make your dreams come true. Good luck!

Mr. Theodoris Kalaitzidis

What to look out for before exams

  • We make a reading-review programwhich we follow faithfully. We have to devote at least three consecutive hours per lesson, and each day it is advisable to read one or at most two lessons. However, not to try to read all the lessons on the same day.
  • We follow the nationwide exam hours. That is, we sleep early and wake up when we wake up when we take exams. So our body will get used to this time and will react better when the time comes.
  • We feed healthy, drink juices and exercise mildlyso that we are in good physical, and therefore spiritual, state, to combat the stress that everyone has when they take exams.
  • We think positively. Our lives do not begin and certainly does not end with the nationwide, whatever the result we will bring. The goal is to get the best possible result because even if we do not achieve our 1st choice, it is the success of both the 2nd and 3rd school.

Remember: Life is not white or black. There are intermediate situations and it is very important to achieve the best possible. After all, during the battle we only think of victory.

Nationwide 2025

  • We should not deal with rumors of ‘sos issues’ that one predicted, who have long been to fall, that our classmate saw in his sleep … We are upset for no reason and are almost never confirmed.
  • In the evening of the examination of the exam we avoid exaggeration In the diet and we never go out. On the day of the exam we make sure we are ready early so that we do not worry if there is any delay in our transition to the examination center.

During the exam – confronted with ourselves

  • Attention! We have the essentials with us:
  1. Identity Bulletin or Passport
  2. Examination Bulletin (Card)
  3. 3 pens (blue or black), pencil, eraser, scraper
  4. Geometric organs (when needed)
  5. Bottle or hot with water or juice
  6. Clock to manage the projected time
  • We read the 1st subject without rush and anxiety. It makes no sense to hurry, we don’t gain anything if we read it 5-10 seconds faster and we are prone to mistakes. We solve it (never in the clipboard and copy it afterwards, it is unnecessary waste of time and energy) with calmness and if necessary we use the clipboard for an act or a thought that we are not sure of how it will end up. We repeat the same procedure for other issues in succession.
  • We are not disappointed if any issue makes it difficult for us or we do not know it. Difficult issues are difficult for others. We will try to write that we know so that we get the most molecules we can. Even if we are not sure, we must claim as many molecules as possible to get.
  • We must not get away from the original time plan we have put on every subject. We write what we can and move on to the next issue. It may be that when our writing is completed and we are back on this subject, we can see things we had not noticed for the first time. If we finish earlier, we do not leave, but we read the questions and answers again so that we are sure of what we wrote.
  • We are not in a hurry, we are not thrilled, we are not disappointed. All this can lead us to mistakes. When the exam is over, we calm down and try to get this lesson out of our minds. Whatever happened, it happened. It doesn’t change anything by looking for what we wrote. Let us not forget that we are compared to other candidates. Our goal is now the next lesson.

The effort also has a continuation – what do we do after the exams

  • We fill in our computer bulletin with the guidance and support of a specialized vocational guidance consultant.

“Examinations are an important station, but not the end of the effort. Opportunities exist for everyone and are countless throughout the course of your life. Remember Cervantes’ words in Don Quixote: “Madness is to give up your dreams” »mentions the meaning of Mr. Theodoros Kalaitzidis.

Instructions to the parents’ parents

Pan -Hellenic exams have been identified in Greece with future happiness. However, parents need to understand that Our lives are not judged by a degree. Unfortunately, there are many parents who do as if they are examined, there are more people who convince their children that the Pan -Hellenic will determine their lives.

So what can parents do to relieve their children? Be by their side, regardless of the outcome. To accept their children and to hug and fail.

It is important to ensure that they ensure a quiet environment at home, leaving any nerves, conflicts or other problems out. And most importantly: to avoid comparisons. Failure is part of our lives and none of us are perfect.
