Jota Hamburgers gains unit on Paulista Avenue; See gastronomic news in SP

Jota, a cool hamburger created by the same owners of Z Deli, has won a second unit, now with a covered hall. The house occupies a property where a Starbucks worked before the MASP. Get to know other gastronomic news in the state capital below.

JOTA HAMBURGERS

The cafeteria, created by the owners of Z Deli and Ráscal, wins its own salon near MASP – the matrix works on the side of Shopping Cidade São Paulo, with tables outside. The hall has a capacity of 83 people and will open every day from 10:30 am to 10 pm. The menu is lean, with five sandwiches sold single or in the combo with chips and soda. The flagship is Jota Jota original, with two Smash Burgers, American cheese, bacon, purple onion, pickles, mayonnaise and bread (R $ 53.90 in the combo).

Orpheus

The restaurant, at Copan’s feet, has a new executive menu at lunch of the week. Each day, a different dish is served, such as horse steak (R $ 59) and breaded with corn cream (R $ 64), as well as a vegetarian option.

Paloma

The wine bar, also at Copan, has news on the comes menu, signed by chef Gabi Guerriero. Among them, pork cheek with mil-fells of pear, fennel salad and duck icing (R $ 69) and the vegan Orecchiette with mushroom sauce, pea and peanuts (R $ 65). Paul’s Boutique

Pizzaria launches a flavor in partnership with chef Ravi Leite, from Durum Pita and Hi Pokee. Named pitza, it combines tomato sauce, mozzarella, babaganuche, lamb kafta, purple onion, pickles, purple cabbage and feta cheese, more garlic sauces and lemon tahin. It is sold in long thin mass slices, for $ 23.
