The trial for managing the video trading material of the Tempe commercial train was postponed for 15 October.
As ERT reports, on October 15, the case of the management of the video trading material of the commercial train that was involved in the Tempe railway tragedy on 28 February will be tried by the One -Member Criminal Court of Larissa.
Defendants in the case are an executive of the Interstar company, who has taken over the guard and surveillance through the Cameras of the OSE Railway Network, as well as senior OSE executives, and in particular the current CEO of OSE, and the then President of the Organization.
The trial is because they have not been submitted to the Investigator, who has been investigating the largest rail tragedy in the country, the videos requested by the Thessaloniki – Larissa railway section, as well as the loading of the commercial train trading at the merchandise.
The offenses for which they are accused are for the Interstar executive to submit documents and the overthrow, for the CEO of the OSE Managing Director of the Ethics in the submission of documents and the subsequent abundance and for the former president of OSE.
