The prosecutor was led by the helicopter pilot who fell yesterday at noon in Marina, Vouliagmeni. The 57 -year -old was released after the prosecutor ordered a preliminary investigation to determine the causes of the helicopter fall.

It is recalled that the arrest of the 57 -year -old helicopter ruler who fell into the Vouliagmeni maritime area yesterday with 4 occupants – all in their health – the Coast Guard.

The helicopter operator was accused of violations related to dangerous transport interventions, bodily harm and negligence and violations of the Air Law Code.

The helicopter was carrying out four foreign US nationals (two men and two women) and the 57 -year -old national commander, who managed to get out of the sea on their own and swim in the rocks, where they were reconciled by a Marina boat.

They then disembarked safely on the pier. According to EKAB, everyone is in good health, while one of the women, who is in a pregnancy state, was transferred to a private obstetric clinic.

The helicopter had taken off aspropyrgos earlier and landed at the “Astir Vouliagmeni” marina to pick up passengers to Mykonos. During the take -off, due to strong wind gusts, the boat was slightly hovered and then fell into the sea with its front right side, so it sinks.

Immediately a floating barrier was installed at the site of the fall and, with the help of diver and crane, the helicopter was lifted and transported to the Tattoo Airport premises for further investigation.
