Everything is ready to begin the process of transplanting the 12 -year -old Leoni organs lost in the waters of Arachthos.

The final list of bodies has been drawn up and the instrument removal process will begin at 4am on Tuesday.

The lungs will be transplanted into a recipient in Hannover, Germany and the heart into a patient in Bari, Italy. For this reason, an airway will be set up through Araxos.

This will be the first time in Greece pancreatic transplantation with a child donor. The liver will be transplanted into a patient also found in Thessaloniki, while the cornea will transplant to recipients in Athens, as is the second kidney of the 12 -year -old. The whole process is expected to last 6 to 7 hours until the cuttings depart from the Patras University Hospital, which is a leader in the issue of transplants.
