Folha expands criticism of restaurants for houses in Rio de Janeiro

From this Friday (20), the Sheet It expands its gastronomic coverage and publishes criticism of restaurants also made in the capital of Rio de Janeiro – in addition to those already performed in São Paulo.

In Rio, the responsible will be journalist Cleo Guimarães, also publisher of the F5 website. The texts will be published every week in Guia Folha + Food, following the growth of the scene in the city.

Cleo covers topics such as culture and behavior for 27 years. During this time, reports on food and characters related to this subject were part of your area.

Criticism of carioca restaurants will be published along with the texts signed by Priscila Pastre, which since February houses are evaluated. Journalist specializing in gastronomy coverage, an area in which he has been working for 18 years, Priscila has worked at the Tourism and Food Booklets of Sheet.

Both in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo the selection of the restaurants visited obeys a series of criteria. Among them, to evaluate addresses located in different regions of the capitals – new features and consecrated places – to offer more complete service to the reader.
